Then, one of my favorite verses in the Bible - look at John 21:25 . . .
Jesus did many other things as well. If every one of them were written down, I suppose even the whole world would not have room for the books that would be written.Yes, we have record of Jesus healing the woman who had been ill for years, Jairus' daughter, Bartimaeus, the ten lepers and many others, but they are not the only ones who experienced Jesus' great love and faithfulness. When He walked the Earth, He healed everyone who came to Him and He continues to show His great love and faithfulness to us and the ones we love today as well!
Make time to talk with your grandchildren and tell them how Jesus shows His great love and faithfulness to you; help them learn to watch for how He does this for them as well. He is still "writing the books" and some of them are about you and your grandchildren!
So, as you think about your grandchildren today, be sure to thank God for His great love and faithfulness!
Thank You Dear God, for Your great love and faithfulness to me, and to the generations who follow me, which never ends. As my children and grandchildren go through this day, please open their eyes and help them see the many ways, big and small, how You show Your great, never-ending love and faithfulness to them. Please help them see and remember the "book" You are writing filled with the many ways You are working in their lives. Thank You for Your great love for us. Amen.#grandmas #handingdownthefaith #itmatterswhatwedo #grandparentingonpurpose
