You'll find complete directions for making harmonicas at this link - along with a photo tutorial. Lead your grandchildren through making their harmonicas and let them practice getting them to work.
Talk about how they are able to use their harmonicas to make a "joyful noise" to praise God - read Psalm 98 . . .
Sing to the Lord a new song, for He has done marvelous things; His right hand and his holy arm have have worked salvation for Him. Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth, burst into jubilant song with music.and Psalm 100 . . .
Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all the earth. Worship the Lord with gladness; come before him with joyful songs.2 Make a list of things for which you are able to thank and praise God - maybe your grandchildren could even write some of them on their harmonicas. I think my grandsons will have fun making harmonicas and then learning to play them . . . plus, if they make extras, they could hand them out to their friends on Valentine's Day!
