Share Our Faith in God Through Our Broken Places

We are not perfect people. Not one of us. And, while our grandchildren likely love us and see us as the best ever grandma (or grandpa), we know we are not perfect; far from it.

But, this is not something which we should try to keep from our grandchildren; as if we could. They, as they grow up, will see us with all our "warts". These imperfections, these things which show the brokenness in our lives are things which allow us the wonderful opportunity, as our Grandma with Heart and Editor for HomeFront Magazine, Debbie Guinn, so wisely shares, to show them while we are broken people, we follow a God who is not.

Use the broken parts of our lives to show God's grace and His great goodness. When our sweet grandchildren see our hope and trust in God, they will know what it looks like to turn to and trust Him in the broken parts of their own lives.
